We at Brave Tours & Travels P. Ltd. ensure you the entire services that are mentioned in our abroad tour program provided to you. The day-to-day tour activities and the ultimate goal of the tour are taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation.
However, it is like a holiday of this kind to be flexible and we shall not be responsible for alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to conflicts, flight delays ( international or domestic) or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, earthquakes, war, political disturbances, closures and disputes and other unseen reasons.
The cancellation cost if arises if any, will not be borne by us.
In such a condition, the client will have to bear the extra cost on their own for the extra days as per the option chosen per day.

The trip booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the potential risks that can be involved due to the unseen conditions and the situations beyond the control of B.T.T. as mentioned above. The organizers ( B.T.T. and its counterparts abroad ) can not be held responsible for any death, accident, or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of or services connected with the holiday.
The cost is for the entire package and there would be no refunds in case any part of the package activities are not availed due to the reasons beyond our control.

Please note and be well informed that there will be no refund of the money ( for any unutilized services ) once the trip commences from Kathmandu towards your destination country and if one can not complete the further journey or gets sick en route. We strongly advise you to carry good travel & medical insurance that covers the cost of the adventure holiday too.
